We are open 8.00 am ‑ 6.30 pm Monday to Friday and we are closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Appointments are available during the hours listed below.

Normal appointment times:

Monday to Friday 08.30 ‑ 11.00 and 14.00 ‑ 18.00


How to make an appointment

To see a doctor or nurse please telephone us or come into the surgery to book an appointment.

Appointments are available by calling 020 8658 7119 or 020 8650 2444 from 8.00 am to 6.30 pm. Consultations are by appointment with any of the Doctors in the Practice.

Doctors are available to speak to on the telephone after morning surgery.  If you need to speak to a Doctor please leave your name, contact details and a brief reason for the call with the receptionists.

Patients who have a problem requiring urgent attention are seen on the same day.

Patients may see a Practitioner of their choice. However, if the preferred Practitioner is not available an appointment with an alternative Practitioner will be offered.

Appointments can be booked online by patients who have registered to use this service. The registration form can be found in the library.


Home visits

Patients who are unable to attend surgery and require a house call should telephone before 11.00 am with full details of the medical problem. This will enable the doctors to organise their rota efficiently.


Practice nurses

Consultations with our practice nurses are available by appointment for:

  • Dressings
  • Immunisations
  • Smoking cessation
  • NHS health checks
  • Management/monitoring of:
    • Asthma
    • IHD
    • COPD
    • Blood Pressure
    • Diabetes
  • Weight management/dietary advice
  • Travel vaccinations/advice
  • Ear syringing

Patients who wish to speak on the telephone to a Practice Nurse may leave a message with the receptionist. The Practice Nurse will return the call as soon as she can.
